About Kholah Yaruq Malik



Kholah has been in the education sector for over 20 years, with experience in International higher education, teaching and learning, program development, quality assurance, and enhancement. 

Her previous roles included teaching the O and A levels, being the Head of Academics for a college, she became an Assistant Professor at a public sector university,  later she added becoming a Deputy Director PR and the Head of Student Services at a public sector university in Pakistan. She has been an IELTS examiner and has developed programs in Business and Technical Writing for IBM Authorised Center for Excellence for the Middle East centers. Later in 2014 served as the Director of Quality Assurance and the Dean of Academics and Internationalisation of the largest TNE HE set up in Pakistan for the next 09 years. 

She has four post-graduate degrees; Master's in Business Administration, a Master's in English Literature and Linguistics, and a PG.Dip in Strategic Management and Leadership from Pearson UK, and a PG Cert. in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education from University in London. She is a globally 'recognised tutor' by the Institute of Education, University of London. 

In 2013, July, she joined RMS (Roots Millennium International College, Pakistan) as the Head of International Programs. She won the Global Networks Grant worth 5000£ out of 114 applicants from all over the world from the University of London in 2014 for The Millennium Universal College, TMUC.

She joined the programs with a student intake of 41 and one approved International Program. During her time with RMS and now TMUC (The Millennium Universal College, Higher Education), student recruitment increased from 41 students in one campus to 3800 students across seven campuses in the urban cities of Pakistan. From one UK partner to six, one program to 21 programs being offered at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, during the time she served in the leadership position at The Millennium Universal College, Pakistan, she has grown and nurtured the program portfolio at TMUC. 

After being promoted from Director of Quality Assurance and Internationalisation (2017-2019) to Dean of Academics (2020-2022), she introduced new faculty, strengthened parent, student, and stakeholder engagement with the organisation, representing the institution at international engagements, such as symposiums, academic workshops, seminars, conferences, and validation events. During her tenure at TMUC; she developed policies and procedures and revamped the digital footprint of the organisation. Her office was involved with accreditations, the due diligence process, validations, assessment boards, and course boards of study and approvals with the partner universities. She was also responsible for supervising all regulatory approvals for the TMUC campuses. The role included but was not limited to developing and implementing the University's internationalisation strategy, growing international student recruitment, and the TNE portfolio with responsibility for developing strategic partnerships overseas and developing the University's global brand. She teaches leadership and change management, business and technical writing, creative writing, and educational leadership courses. Her forte is assessments and quality assurance for distance learning programs. She has also worked on an International Campus launch with a UK partner in Pakistan.

She is the CEO of LTR GLOBAL Private Ltd. Learn Teach Repeat is a Higher Education Consultancy offering bespoke services in HE Policy & Practice, External Metrics & TNE client management.
She is a fellow member of the Chartered Management Institution and has been recognized as a Certified Management and Business Educator, CMBE by the Chartered Association of Business Schools, CABS.
